1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to expellingskeleto.world (“Site”) operated by Expellingskeleto.ddd (“we”, “us”) from 5/56 Industrial Dr, Mayfield East NSW 2304, Australia.

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. For major failures, you may be entitled to cancel and obtain a refund or compensation; for minor failures, we will remedy the issue within a reasonable time.

Any limitation of liability below applies only to the extent permitted by the ACL and other applicable law.

3. Nature of website content (Australia & United States)

Content on the Site is general lifestyle and nutrition education only. It is not medical, dietetic, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

Individual results vary. We do not publish testimonials that imply guaranteed health outcomes. You rely on Site content at your own risk. The disclaimer on each page forms part of these Terms.

4. Consultations and services

Descriptions of consultations on the Site are general information. A client relationship exists only when we confirm booking and any applicable fees in writing (email or agreement).

Separate terms may apply to paid workshops or consultations, including cancellation, rescheduling, and payment. Where those terms conflict with these Terms, the specific service terms prevail.

Prices displayed on the Site (if any) are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise and may include GST where applicable.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, we own or license copyright in text, graphics, logo, layout, and design on the Site. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only.

When you submit information through our contact form, you represent that it is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. You grant us permission to use your message content to respond and administer your enquiry, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Site may embed third-party content (for example, Google Maps). We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law (including the ACL):

You agree to indemnify us against reasonable losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site, except to the extent caused by our wrongful act or omission.

11. Artificial intelligence and website tools

We disclose use of automated and AI-related features in our Privacy Policy (section 6) and on our About page. In summary:

Do not rely on Site tools as medical, legal, or personalised diet advice.

12. Privacy

We collect and handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our Privacy Policy. Cookie use is described in our Cookie Policy.

13. Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. If unresolved, parties agree to attempt mediation in New South Wales before commencing litigation, except where urgent injunctive relief is required or where mediation is not mandatory under law.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.

US visitors: Nothing in these Terms limits rights you cannot waive under applicable US federal or state law (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, and Virginia privacy statutes). Mandatory consumer protections in your state of residence may still apply to services you purchase from us.

If you qualify as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, you retain ACL rights as described in section 2.

15. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any confirmed service agreement, constitute the entire agreement regarding Site use.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms by publishing a new version on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
