11. Security (APP 11)

We implement reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including HTTPS, access controls, password protection, and contractual obligations on processors. No online system is completely secure; please use strong passwords on your own devices and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

12. Data breaches (NDB scheme)

If we experience a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm to individuals, we will assess the incident and, where required, notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under Part IIIC of the Privacy Act.

13. Access, correction, and complaints (APP 12 & APP 13)
